Romance it Up on Valentine’s Day!

Are you feeling a little naughty this Valentine's Day? The Raymond 1886 has you covered for the perfect romantic evening full of sensuality and decadent dining! Lovers can enjoy Executive Chef Tim Guiltinan's decadent Four-Course Prix-Fixe Tasting Menu for $115 per person.

Guests will start this affectionate evening with the First Course including loving aphrodisiacs like the   with the famed "I've Been Naughty" sauce or the Japanese Gold Hamachi served with apricot-miso and citrus confit. The Second Course begins with a choice between the Early Spring Lettuce salad with grilled apple, Italian honey vinaigrette and foie gras, or the warm Corn Soup in the Style of Oaxaca. Finally, fall in love over the Third Course with four exciting and innovative dishes such as the Roasted Duck over smoked onion purée and black trumpet mushrooms, Roasted Artichoke Ravioli with marjoram pesto and pecorino cream, the Idaho Hanger Steak topped with roasted garlic and salsa verde, or the Colombia River Wild Salmon served sweet and spicy, Thai style. And, for sweethearts looking for a little mischief, complete your insatiable dinner with a choice between the Winter Wild Pear from Oregon served with mascarpone cream and pistachio honey or the simply irresistible Passion Fruit Chocolate Cake prepared with creamed ganache and candied ginger for the Dessert Course, making this an exceptional meal to remember with love!
